We are happy to offer a refund or store credit for online purchases if the following conditions are met:
· The item is not a Trading Card Game (TCG)
· The item is in re-sellable condition (i.e. unopened, unused, and all packing as per original product) Items will be inspected on return to ensure they meet these conditions before refund is approved
· Proof of purchase is included with the return
· Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. This must be paid within 14 days
· Return request is made within 14 days of receipt of product
